It is our office policy to collect all co-payments and deductibles at the time of service.  We find it beneficial both to our office, and to you, the patient, to keep the cost of billing and collections to a minimum.  Our primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive heath care available today.  In addition, we are also dedicated to keeping top-quality care as cost effective as possible.  To assist you with your healthcare investment, we provide the following payment options:

• Major Credit Cards
• Care Credit (a separate line of credit that allows no interest for 12 months and smaller payments over time).
